Evmolpia Reserve 2021 – 375 ml

Rich purple color. Balanced nose of red fruits mixed with aromas of freshly ground black pepper.
Harmoniously balanced and rounded body from start to finish, complemented by the softness of well-impregnated tannins as a result of 9 months of contact with French oak of varying degrees of toasting.
A memorable aftertaste makes it a pleasant companion, both with food and as a digestive.
Grape variety: Eumolpia from our own vineyards in the Danube Plain.
Produced using classic technology, fermentation takes place with the solids under constant temperature control in stainless steel vessels. After vigorous fermentation, the wine is separated from the solids and left to settle on the fine lees.
Aged for 9 months in French oak.
Alcohol content 13% vol.
