Enormous potential for the development
Wine tourism
The winery team shares the idea that Bulgaria has huge potential for the development of wine tourism. On the one hand, this is due to the favorable climate and soil conditions for viticulture and winemaking, which led Michel Rolland to summarize his visit to Bulgaria by writing, Bulgaria, a country on the Black Sea coast, has wine regions with great potential.’" On the other hand, there is the interest of an increasing number of local entrepreneurs in viticulture and winemaking and the opportunities that are opening up for them through the relation between tourism and recreation with wine.
Over the past decade, many beautiful wineries and estates have been establishedcreated in Bulgaria, located in places rich in history and culture – a treasure for every tourist.
Regardless of the region where the vineyards are located, each terrain is unique and can produce its own unique product. Care and respect for nature, soil, vineyards, and grapes are factors that influence the quality of wine. Of course, nature plays a decisive role and what it has ‘"planned’" for the respective year. But the efforts of winegrowers and oenologists to develop and reduce the impact of natural factors are worthy of respect and applause.
All this can only be felt there—among the vineyards, in the cellar, surrounded by nature in this very place on Earth.
