Beautiful pink color. A delicate aroma of strawberry and fresh herbs, which carries over into the taste. A juicy, harmonious wine, with a pleasant spicy finish.

Varietal composition: Evmolpia – 100% own vineyards. PGI Danube Plain.

Produced using classic French technology, through gentle pressing of the grapes, which involves direct draining of the juice. This is followed by freezing of the grape juice in chrome-nickel insulated thermos-type vessels. Fermentation takes place under permanent temperature control.

Recommended with cheese, pasta, and desserts.
