Evmolpia 2021 – 750 ml

Rich dark red color. Pronounced fruity aroma of forest fruits, which carries over into the taste, ending with fresh spices and hints of crushed black pepper. An elegant, balanced wine, slightly chilled, it is a pleasant experience even in the summer months.
Varietal composition: Evmolpia (Thracian Mavrud) from own vineyards – ZGU Danube Plain. No oak aging.
Produced using classic technology, fermentation takes place with the solid parts under permanent temperature control in stainless steel vessels. After vigorous fermentation, the wine is separated from the solids and left to settle on the fine lees.
A wonderful accompaniment to game and mature cheeses.
Alcohol content 13% vol.
