Cabernet Sauvignon vintage 2023 – 750 ml

Intense dark red color. The aroma is floral, with notes of petunia, wildflowers, and black pepper. The taste is fresh, with red fruits and hints of cinnamon that linger in the long finish.

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon from our own vineyards – ZGU Danube Plain.

Produced using classic technology, fermentation takes place with the solid parts under permanent temperature control in stainless steel vessels. After vigorous fermentation, the wine is separated from the solids and left to settle on the fine lees.

It pairs perfectly with mature cheeses and appetizers, as well as red meat dishes, smoked and baked fish.
